Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Replacements.


We ship products in 3 to 5 business days, we will provide tracking number for online tracking. If you need to cancel your order, please verify the status of the order and track order shipment with provided tracking number. We cannot cancel the order once order is shipped, in this case you can either refuse delivery (which will return the item to our fulfillment center) or request a return label to be emailed to you. In either cases please contact our customer service by email /phone. Once we receive the request we will cancel order with in 2 business days.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We offer a 15-day returns period and replacements ONLY for defective merchandise. The returns period begins on the day your product is delivered and ends 15 days after the delivery date. If you would like to return a product, please make sure the product is in the condition you received the product with any labels, tags and retail packaging intact. In order to expedite your return authorization - especially in rare cases where merchandise is received damaged, defective or different from what was ordered - our customer service team may request a photo of the item. Depending on item availability, we offer to replacement of the item or refund your purchase. Once your return is authorized, you will be send an email containing a pre-paid return shipping label which contains the return authorization ID for fast processing of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.
